Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and any services rendered prior to that date will remain payable.  Cancellations mean that all services will be suspended.

• Due to the bespoke nature of our services and the investment in one-time setup fees, all setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, and no refunds will be provided for partial months or unused services—except where required by applicable law or in the event of a material breach on our part.

• If you have concerns or are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us immediately so we can work together to resolve any issues. We may offer service credits or alternative resolutions at our discretion.
• By engaging with The Omnia Co, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated promptly and become effective immediately upon posting.
